Vision
The vision of the Primary Health Care Center at Hôtel-Dieu de France, affiliated with the National Primary Health Care Network of the Ministry of Public Health, is to provide comprehensive, accessible, and continuous healthcare, placing the patient and their family at the heart of the care team. Under the guidance of a family doctor, our center is committed to improving the health of various populations within the local community by promoting a collaborative and patient-centered approach. We believe that the integration of primary healthcare strengthens the healthcare system, improves clinical outcomes, and ensures optimal care quality and efficiency.

Activities
All services provided by the Primary Health Care Center at HDF are financially accessible to all members of the local community. Vaccines and medications are free, and consultations are offered at very low, almost free prices. Our center provides consultations in all specialties for both adults and children. The ground floor is dedicated to pediatric care, while the first floor is reserved for adults.
The PHCC’s mission is purely social. We actively collaborate with the Aster-HDF Mobile Clinic, a fully equipped unit designed to carry out medical outreach. Through this collaboration, we organize entirely free medical days in underserved areas, where consultations, treatments, and medications are provided to those who lack access to basic healthcare. This initiative aims to support vulnerable communities by improving their health and ensuring equitable access to essential services. Each medical day focuses on a specific theme, with our doctors providing targeted consultations and offering medications as needed. This initiative directly contributes to improving the health and well-being of populations that are often neglected, ensuring they receive the necessary care and attention.
