The Karna 3.0 Robot offered to HDF

The Cedars Medical Association (CMA), the Center for Development, Democracy and Governance (CDDG) and the "Helen Pharma" company donated the Karna 3.0 robot to the HDF, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the hospital, Prof. Salim Daccache s.j., and the MPs Imad Wakim and Fadi Saad.

This robot was designed and funded by these institutions. It allows medical and nursing staff to be better protected from the coronavirus by helping patients confined in their rooms (taking temperature, measuring blood pressure and oxygen, carrying medication and food, and setting up an appointment between the patient and the doctor via a tablet.
