On the occasion of World Patient Safety Day, the Quality and Patient Safety Department launched a series of staff conferences on quality, safety, and risk management, bringing together all professional categories.
Discussions focused on patient safety culture, the reporting of incidents and near-misses, as well as on the dynamics of continuous improvement and accreditation practices adapted to the institution.
This gathering provided an opportunity to share best practices, strengthen vigilance, and emphasize the safety of pediatric and neonatal care.
To close the day, the hospital’s main façade was illuminated in orange, a color chosen by the WHO to symbolize alertness and vigilance in risk management.
