Pediatric conference

A pediatric conference entitled "The pediatrician, the child and his parents" was organized by the Pediatrics Department, in the presence of the department's founder, Prof. Carlo Akatcherian, one of the pioneers of children's medicine in Lebanon.

A number of practitioners from various specialties were also present.

At this event, Prof. Akatcherian, who has devoted more than a century and a half to his professional career, writing both medical publications and novels, was honored for his long and fruitful career.
